My Mother Is 92 And Had An Episode 4 Days

My mother is 92 and had an episode 4 days ago where her eyes rolled back she was temporarily unresponsive and when she "came back" she vomited and evacuated her bowels. Her caregivers were with her and took care f her and put her to bed but we can't get her to go to a doctor or ER. Can you give us any idea of what would cause this and info we could use to direct her to get a diagnosis? I know that's a big question but anything would help.
