My Mother Is 92 Yrs Old. She Says She Doesn't

My mother is 92 yrs old. She says she doesn't fell well. Symptoms; dizzy, nausea, BP 170/70, o2 96.7, sugar at lunch 130, nurse stating her breathing was shallow, and had swollen glands. She is trying to cough. She wears a back brace due to back detoriating so that makes her bow over. Do you think it is an infection, blood pressure problems, or maybe allergies?
