My Mother Is Diabetic Since 10 Years. Since Yesterday Night

My mother is diabetic since 10 years. Since yesterday night she is suffering with loose motions. Today morning she is feeling vomiting sensation also. She is taking insullin (novamix insulin 35ml in the morning and 30ml in the night) . Now she is feeling sick (energyless) today. What should I do? Shall I give ORS to her. She has BP also. Please advice me.
