My Mother Is Diagnose TB And Pyrazinamide, R-cinex And Combutol

My mother is diagnose TB and pyrazinamide, r-cinex and combutol 1200 is started since 7 days she feel so much restless and vomitin. Her SGOP is 459, SGPT 400 and S. Bilrubin is 1.50. Now Dr. has replace her medicines with injection streptomycin 0.75, ethambutol 1200, tab liveril and moxifloxacin. Does it work to improve her condition ? and in how many days ? and is their any sort of risk ?
