My Mother Is Having The Following Symptoms, Abdominal Cramping/pain, Uncontrollable

My mother is having the following symptoms, abdominal cramping/pain, uncontrollable violent shaking, fever, chills, low blood pressure when she is on meds for high blood pressure, and not getting enough oxygen. She has episodes of the cramping/pain, and shakes, about 2 a day and it exhausts her.
