My Mother Is In Florida And I'm In Another State.

My mother is in Florida and I'm in another state. She went to emergency room where they have told her her back is shot. Discs are undistinguishable from C3 on down. She cannot turn her head and is in a lot of pain. The Dr. gave her 3 medications, Tizanidine 2mg (sorry about spelling) Hydrocodone 5/3.25 mg and Celebrex. She said all day yester day she was in a fog and could not function at all. She has not taken anything today. Is it the medication causing her fog or should she go back to the ER
