My Mother Is In Hospice Care. She Is 92 Years

My mother is in hospice care. She is 92 years old and has a diagnosis of CHF plus End stage renal failure. Her dr. recently increased her hydralazine 25mg? To 3xs every day. She also has Dementia. Is this med. contraindicated with renal failure. She also has a history of elevated B/P. Thank you
