My Mother Is In Severe Pain. It Came Out Of

My mother is in severe pain. It came out of nowhere and began with nausea followed by dry heaving and very very severe pains in lower back on the right side along with cramping pains in her lower stomach. She is also extremely cold and not able to get warm. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
