My Mother Is In The Hospital As We As We

My mother is in the hospital as we as we peak and has had open heart surgery. They have repeatedly given her Haladol without my permission because she was hollering with pain. I ask them two days ago to please stop it was visibly causing her to hallucinate. They said they would and this morning I called to check on her stats and they had given it again!!!!! I have already spoken with her Doctors N.P. and the Department head about the med. and they assured me that she was not on it anymore and then the N.P. turns around and gives the on-call nurse permission to give it again last night! Im livid! What do I do?
