My Mother Is Not Suppose To Take Anything But Tylenol

My mother is not suppose to take anything but Tylenol ( Acetaminophen) due to A Fib and she is on xzeralto for this . She has leg pain due to arthritis and can not sleep. She was asking me for Al eve but I do not have any. I believe Advil a( NSAID ) is the same drug category.
Obviously she is throwing caution to the wind but she said she cant stand it and wants to sleep. I believe she would be okay to take two advil. Please advise
