My Mother Is Now 60 Years Old..15days Back She Had

My mother is now 60 years old..15days back she had a muscle pool and felt pain.we done her x-ray of chest and found a nodule in right lung.radiologist suggested us to do a c.e ct thorux scan.we did it and yesterday we got report of ct scan..the report is that a neoplastic nodule is found in her right lower lungs......what is that...what we will do?
