My Mother Is On Blood Thinner But Has Started Taking

My mother is on blood thinner but has started taking diuretics as well as high blood pressure medicine. She is 85 and has recently had a pacemaker put in along with an oblation procedure. She is extremely fatigued and can't stay up walking or exerting energy that it doesn't wipe her out. Her blood pressure is reading low. Is her taking above mentioned medicines thinning her blood too much causing the drop in her blood pressure.
