My Mother Is Recently Diagnosed With Thyroid Her Tsh Is

My mother is recently diagnosed with thyroid her tsh is 10.88. She is already having hypertension for which she is taking telsar 40 mg once n metolar 50mg once a day. She is having filariasis for which she takes venosmen 900 once n oxyrute once. Can u pl suggest proper treatment for her thyroid which can't effect negatively to her other health problems. Thx
