My mother is suffering from breast cancer since 1994 she is been operated thrice for the same reason in the year 1994,2010,2014.but now she was reluctant for chemo therapy as she had earlier taken 12 cycles of chemotherapy and. 60 cycles of radiatio . But now she is sufferingfrom plueral effusion and deep vein thrombosis is there any chance of curing or relief from this two please help us in this matter.
