My Mother Is Suffering From Hysteria Since 20 Years Or

My mother is suffering from hysteria since 20 years or more. She got a fit few years back and hurted her chin badly, which bleeded. That part is hurted more than once and now pus is in there and that skin stretches and it hurts her like hell. What drug can we give her so that we can cure that affected area? She takes Zenoxa OD 450 (morning-night) and Lacoset 50 (morning-afternoon-night) for her fits control. What can cure her chin?
