My Mother Is Suffering From Pulmonary Tuberculosis From Almost Last

My mother is suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis from almost last 4.5 years. When the tuberculosis was found ,it had reached to brain also causing multiple tuberclaumas.
still she is not fully recovered and the tuberclaumas not fully gone.
Although there is some improvement but still she has lots of breathing, coughing issues. Her left lung is severely infected.
Not sure whether lung transplant could be an option.
