My Mother Is Taking Irbesartin 150 Mg Twice Daily And

My mother is taking irbesartin 150 mg twice daily and Norvasc 5 mg once daily at night. Her BP is well controlled on this but she complains of dizziness with a significant drop in mental acuity following her morning dose of irebesartin that lasts 3-6 hours. She generally goes to bed soon after her evening dose of irbesartin so we don't know if something similar is happening then. She is also taking elaquis (apixaban) and flecainide twice a day.
Is the irbesartin is the most likely cause of her dizziness and mental cloudiness? She was switched from regular losartin 50 mg bid to Irbesartin 150 mg bid around the same time she started these symptoms. Is irebesartin more likely than regular losartin to cause this?
