My Mother Is Taking Prescribed AKT3 Kit With 1gm Streptomycin

My mother is taking prescribed AKT3 kit with 1gm Streptomycin IM injection daily. Among the most pronounced side effects, she feels the worst is the continuous spinning sensation she has. She has been advised to take Betavert 24 mg 1 tab twicw daily, which she does take, but her dizziness has not gone away. Her first course of two months will be completed on 16 March 2016. Please advise.
