My Mother Is Using 1 ML Of Saline And 1

My mother is using 1 mL of saline and 1 mL of asthelin, 1 mL saline and 1 mL budosenide for nebulization. Once we finish one round of nebulization with the above what should be the time gap for next nebulization. Will she feel sleep with this nebulization? My mother's age is 70+ years.
