My Mother Is Using A Skin Cream Which Contain Ingredient

My mother is using a skin cream which contain ingredient like hydroquinone,tretinoin and mometasone furoate. She has got good result and her skin has become lighter. I am a girl of seventeen and I want a fairer complexion so can I use her cream and if not suggest me some other treatment.
