My Mother Is Using Akt-4 For 2 Months And Akt-3

My mother is using akt-4 for 2 months and akt-3 for 1 month. During 3rd month she got severe shortness of breath for 4 times. She was admitted in hospital for 10 days ... Treatment was given. (Nebulization 2 times a day) . After that discharged from hospital.. Advised to use r- cinex, benadon, (for remaining 3 months) deriphyllin retard-150 ,zeesec, amifru-40 mg (for 10 days) . And rotahaler with foracort 200 when sob is coming.. Please advice why she is getting sob severely suddenly at unexpected times... Whether it is ph or copd??
