My Mother Is Visiting From Florida And This Morning She

My mother is visiting from Florida and this morning she got blood all over the bathroom and she says she is fine that it is just something that happens to her sometimes. She does have a history of blood clots and has had stents placed and as a result she takes several blood thinners. Should I force her to go into the ER?
