My Mother Just Passed Out, She Was Sitting Up Talking

My mother just passed out, she was sitting up talking then all of a sudden I saw her eyes roll back in her head and then she started falling back. My brother caught her but she was incoherent for at least a minute or two. She said she could hear and see us but couldn't respond. She is 67yrs old and I'm trying to convince her to let me take her to the ER but she refuses and says she feels fine. Any suggestions?
