My Mother Received The Full Course (5 Injections) Of Rabies

My mother received the full course (5 injections) of rabies vaccine in 2010. After one year (August 2011) she received the buster dose. Because of arthritis, after that she was treated with methotrixate (10 mg once in a week) for ~17 months (2012-13).
Yesterday she had rat bite. What would be the dose of rabiess vaccine for her? Yesterday she received one injection of vaccine.
