My Mother Suffered From Adenocarcinoma Of Lower Lobe Of Left

My mother suffered from adenocarcinoma of lower lobe of left lung. Her left lobe was removed in a surgical procedure. The cervical lymph nodes was tested negative. The localised lymph nodes were found positive but the swollen lymph nodes were removed in surgery around lungs.

Now she has completed her 4 session of carboplatin and paclitexal in a good way in full dose.

What should be future course of action?
