My Mother Sugar Level (fasting) Was Between 120-130, Cholesterol Level

My mother sugar level (fasting) was between 120-130, cholesterol level was also high and BP was also slightly high. Doctor prescribed Gemer 2, Januvia 100 mg, zyrova 10 and cardace 10 + LnBloc 10 . She is taking these medicines (sometimes not regular). Now, sugar level remains around 100, BP upper side between 135-140 and lower between 66-70. We had visited & consulted the doctor couple of times and he suggested to continue taking these medicines and asked to consult him after two months. We have not visited the doctor for last eight months, however my mother is taking these medicines. Please suggest if we need to continue the medicines or should stop taking these medicines.
