My Mother Who Is 82 And Has RA Is Having

My mother who is 82 and has RA is having extreme leg cramps and spasms in her calves and shins. She is being treated for sciatica and has had several injections which have helped the sciatic pain but have not alleviated the tightness and spasms in the calf/shins. She gets an infusion of vitamins called the Myers cocktail and has had bloodwork checked. They also checked for blood clots. She does not have any.
