My Motherinlaw At Bed Time Two Days Ago Started Having

My motherinlaw at bed time two days ago started having muscle twitches all over her body,then went to the hospital at one in the morning.she has not been diagnosed she now shakes as if she is shivering.they have done a ct scan, MRI,blood tests says b12 is to high,magnesium levels good,no one knows what to do,please help
