My Mother's Age Is 65 Yrs And She Is Suffering

My mother's age is 65 yrs and she is suffering with RA for the last six months . Her blood report - ESR75,RA 3.24,FBS 93.4 , PPBS-94,creatine-0.7,SGPT-19,CRP-28.1 . Her right leg is swollen,red,itching,joint stiff and as per doctor advice she took - Contramal SR,Oncotrex 7.5,Folvite 05mg,HCQS 200,Defza 6mg,Saaz ds, amixide H for six weeks.Does these medicines have any side effects intaking them together at the same time?please help
