My Mouth And Lips Are Unusually Dry. It Is Very

My mouth and lips are unusually dry. It is very difficult to speak. The only change .....I am using symbiort and spiriva (recently added )and drinking extra water as well as rinsing well after every dose of these inhalers.the usual lozenges etc. do not help.
