L5 s1 post previous left hemilaminectomy. Minimal scarring. Mild broad based disc bulge with 2 small focal disc extrusion, one in the left lateral recess causing mass effect on the left s1 nerve root and the other focal disc extrusion in the right lateral recess mildly pushing the right s1 nerve root posteriorly without compressing the nerve with mild to moderate bilateral neural foramen narrowing
