My Mum Had A Pleuradesis With Talc A Year Ago

My mum had a pleuradesis with talc a year ago for cancer. She still has a lot of pain. She is on Morpine 30mg every twelve hours. But all she wants to do is sleep and she's lost all interest in anything. And she still has pain. She also gets paracetamol every 4 hours.
Is there another medication we could try, as the morphine isn't working very effectively.
