My Mum Has Had Chronic Back Pain For Around 15

My mum has had chronic back pain for around 15 years and is getting worse she is 89 so having an operation is risky and nothing else is helping the drs are hesitant in putting her on stronger pain relief in fear of falling over. I have been researching marijuana as a pain relief but not sure where or who i can talk to.
