My Mum Has Kidney Stones And Are Too Big To

My mum has kidney stones and are too big to pass through. So she's had a stent inserted inside her vagina and she is complaining and crying from pain n burning in her vegina what can I do for her to ease her pain please help me as no medication has helped ?
