My Mum Is 74 Years Old, She Is On Amlodipine

My mum is 74 years old, she is on amlodipine tablets (10mg) 1x a day. She is complaining of back pain recently which she thinks might relate to a fall she had 6 years ago. Is it safe for her to use Ibuprofen? Or what sort of pain relief without a prescription can she take to relief her pain? She lives abroad. Many thanks. Debbie
