My Mum Is Anaemic And Her Blood Count Is 9.4.

My mum is anaemic and her blood count is 9.4. She has been complaining of lightheaded feeling since morning. She has had only 1-2 glasses of water. There was an episode of more severe dizziness in the afternoon where she felt almost blackout. I checked her BP it was 142/ 71 with 59 pulse.
Since her severity has reduced but she is still feeling unstable and feels better when she is lying down.
She says there is no other symptom.
