My name Sanjay Raut, Age 54 male, from pune city, India.
I have been diagnosed with some heart blockages. My BP is always around 110/70 to 110/80
My cholesterol level is on higher side since last 10 years, Expecially triglyceride. (between 180 to 260 )
Last year i had a feeling of breathlessness while going to sleep. After checking my lipid profile, stress test, 2 d echo, ecg doctor has prescribed me Telma 40 daily after breakfast and Tonact ASP 75 daily after lunch.
Since last 15 months i am taking these medicenes.
As on today still sometimes i feel breathlessness in night. Thogh i go for walking alternate day for 40 mins now a days i feel somewhat tired after walking.
I have gone through Dean Arnish theory which says reversal of heart disease is possible.
My question is can you suggest me for how long i have to take telma and tonact asp ?
Can i replace tonact asp with medicine which lowers cholesterol but does not have statin in it ?
