My Name First Of All Is Jeff And Yesterday I

My name first of all is Jeff and yesterday I was sitting watching TV when my brother came in like it was 115 degrees outside but it was cool outside he was cutting some wood with a chainsaw me and my sis in law checked his bp and the first reading @ 3:34 pm was 175/101 pulse 78 next was @ 3:41pm 148/102 pulse 87 the next one was @ 3:43pm 143/93 pulse was 92 and @ 4:32pm it was 132/85 pulse was 83 is this possibly high bp oh he looked pale and said his face arms and hands tingled later he said he had a little tightness in the middle of his chest should this be cause for concern I myself have high bp but mine is kept under control
