My Name Is Becky. I Was Sick For 2 Wks

My name is Becky. I was sick for 2 wks with a bronchial asthma cough. Then last monday, I started with severe vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted the better part of a week, and included blacking out Friday night and falling. However, my question now is, Why am I so WEAK and can hardly walk? I get fatigued so easily!
