My Name Is Benjamin 33yrs Old From Philippines.. I Would

My name is Benjamin 33yrs old from Philippines..
I would like to ask a question regarding my situation..whenever I'm speaking i always felt like there was a drum inside my ear..its like all i can hear is my voice is very loudly...then i need to sniff just to put back in a normal hearing so i can hear again everything in normal situation but then after a while it will start again and again..so people thinking i have colds because im always sniffing ..i never take any drugs or any illegal drugs but people thinking i was drug addiction before because of they're thinking sniffing is my manarism or bad habit.but that was the only way for me to put back my hearing in normal.
I always encounter this especially when i feel excitement, or too happy talking with, but it makes me awkward when they ask me if im sick..please let me know why & how to cure this.
