My Name Is Beth And I Am 23 Years Old.

My name is Beth and I am 23 years old. I had an ovarian cyst in April and since then I have had worsening symptoms. I have nausea, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal and left lower pelvic pain (which is the side my cyst was on), lethargic, pain in my legs, Very irregular and painful periods, pain during sex, Bloating and fullness, and the last couple days my heart has started having this stabbing pain every once in a while ( about 6 times a day). I do not have a history of any medical issues. Can you Help?
