My Name Is Daniel Sparks, I Am 43 Yrs Old

My name is Daniel Sparks, I am 43 yrs old and I have what feels like putty just under the skin only on both of my shins, nowhere else on my body. I can press on my shins and it leaves an impression that stays but will eventually go back to normal. It isn’t painful in the least but looks and feels weird. Any ideas.
