My Name Is Dipesh. I Am 27 Years Old Male.

My name is Dipesh. I am 27 years old male. I have started my braces treatment on 9th February 2015 with ceramic braces. I had problem of overbite and alignment of upper teeth with cupsid teeth coming out. After two months of treatment started, as my overbite was increasing instead of decreasing, Dentist removed my two molars from upper teeth to create a gap. But today as on 24th October 2015, my upper teeth are now aligned almost 90% with 20-30% gap in between removed tooth and neighbor tooth. But my overbite is still same. When I asked Dentist, he said its my tongue which is creating pressure against the braces. What should I do?
