My name is Don. I am 62 years of age and am a physical laborer. I work in the household moving & storage industry. It seems as if I am getting stiffer especially in the mornings. virtually every day I need to do a combination of stretching, yoga and meditation to start my day. If I don't, I feel extremely arthretic in the morning. Do you think that tumeric curcumin would help aleve the stiffness? I presently take fish oil, a senior mans multi-vitamin, red yeast rice & co-q10 (for my little bit high blood pressure), and glucosimine condroiton for my knees. What do you think Doc?
