My Name Is Eric May Well Yesterday I Dropped My

My name is Eric may well yesterday I dropped my ball cap hat inside my house by my front door I bent over to pick it up and and I bumped my head on my door knob I heard loud band there was a knot the size of a round small carrot it is on the top left front side of my head and there is a small blood spot it's dried up now and the symptoms I started having being today I felt like sleeping more than usual this morning off and on and felt tingly a bit woozy and numb it's worn off but is this serious or should I not worry about it
