My Name Is Lateasha, I Have A Swollen Foot That

My name is Lateasha, I have a swollen foot that won't go down. It's tight and heat would make it swell even more. I have experimented by not eating too much greasy or salty foods. It helped some by going down but it didn't go completely down. It doesn't hurt at all, but it gets tight and heavy at times. What could be causing it? Who should I see to get medical attention?
