My Name Is Laurie... And This Afternoon I Was Taking

My name is Laurie... and this afternoon I was taking off a price tag off some clothes and I couldn't take it off so I pulled it off with my teeth so a small piece of plastic went into my mouth and accidentally ate it.... now I feel I have it in my throat I've already eat a piece of banana apple strawberrys and a whole tortilla and lots of water and it's still there.... I don't want to try throwing up and I don't no what eles to do?
