My Name Is Letetia I Am 39 Yrs ...I've Had

My name is Letetia I am 39 yrs ...I've had past ectopic pregnancies I've lost my left tube ...just last year I had another I had the medicine to remove the embryo ..all went well .....but I've had unprotected sex just recently and I'm feeling strange pains in my left side awfully familiar .... My last period started 7th Sept I had sex 18-21st... On 27th the pains started it's now 29th could I be having another ectopic ...I've done a urine pregnancy test it's negative ...but I think it's too soon ???? Please help what is wrong with my body ??? :( :(
