My Name Is Mary, All The Sudden Urine Infection Has

My name is Mary, all the sudden urine infection has started giving me problems, I went to my Dr and she took my urine sample, so she gave me a prescription of Nitrofurantoin for a few days, I think it was 10 pills, take 2 aday at different times. So I did this, after I finished the pills, a few days later, this started up again...I have had 3 prescriptions of this medication, this last time, the woman was a substitute for my Dr. Because she was out for a few days. Well here I am again in the same way, i was told to drink more water, I did, I was starting to feel like a faucet ...I haven't had sex for about 2 years...now, I went to another Dr, he said I had, as he called it Caruncle and the picture he showed me was Cystocele...he said I could do excersize to help, like holding the bladder when you have to pee...anyways, what can be done to help get rid of this once and for all, I'm so tired of hurting...Please help. Thank you
