My Name Is Pam And I Was Diagnosed With Bipolar

My name is Pam and I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1993 when I had a suicide attempt, My husband was having an affair at the time and was being exceptionally cruel to try and make me leave the house. That is not justification for the wrong thing I did. However, that is how I ended up with the diagnosis. y other symptoms were emotional instability and pressured speech. I have taken lithium since 1993 but it doesn't contain the impassivity from my thought to my words. I lack a "Filter". I'm not really crazy and I wondered if I don't really have uncontrolled ADHD. What medications are used to controle that?
